We loved it. Hotel was in a favourable location with helpfull stuff. Coolangatta district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

The hotel needed an upgrade.

I liked the whole package. The staff were so friendly & the apartment was very clean & spacious.I would stay there again & will recommend this accommodation to my family & friends.

There were many shops, restaurants and cafes just a couple of minutes' walk away. the room was fully equipped and self-contained with a wide screen TV and DVD player.

The lack of air conditioning in the summer months was a slight drawback, but the ceiling fans in each room helped to keep the room cool.

the managers were excellent and very helpful.The apartment was very clean and nearby to all amenities.Tips were given on the best places to eat.Linen etc. were spotless.

1. Too many steps 2.Not as shown on internet - small balcony, no view. 3. The "view" consisted of 1950's apartment blocks. 4. Two toilet rolls for 2 people for 2 weeks - what a laugh - then to be told another roll would cost $1.00

Our recent stay at The Bay was fantastic! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We especially loved the convenient location, being just a short walk away from the beach and amenities. The friendly and accommodating hosts made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Bay Apartments are well set out, very comfortable and extremely clean. This accommodation was family friendly, and the staff were very willing and helpful in the purchase of Online Theme Park tickets. This location was a very short walk to the beach, shops ect... Perfect for any family... the local shop owners were very friendly, down to earth and competitive prices... Stunning Beaches and parks, there are walking paths around the beach for people of all ages...

Conveniently located near plenty of bars and restaurants for easy dining options, and with just the right amenities for a quick and easy city break. the apartment was clean and had decent air conditioning to keep us comfortable in the heat.

The apartment was not without its flaws, including some safety hazards that could have caused serious injury. A step in the kitchen and bathroom area posed a tripping hazard that was never addressed, and the balcony furniture was broken.

The Bay 23 Gold Coast offers great value for money, with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the beach and within walking distance of most tourist destinations. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep and the breakfast served is delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a beautiful and less hectic area of the Gold Coast. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to shops, the beach, and all the major parks. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and affordable prices offered by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The basic amenities in the rooms were more than satisfactory, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to each day, giving me the energy I needed to explore everything the area had to offer.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the beach and shopping centers. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The trip hazard of 2cm steps at the bathroom and kitchen entrance was dangerous and caused multiple falls.

We loved everything about this hotel - cleanliness, facilities, parking, location close to shops and restaurants, and proximity to the beach. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. We had a spacious and clean apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, complimentary bathroom soaps, and clean towels. The pool and spa were lovely, and the kids enjoyed borrowing books and games from the lobby or going for a swim. Moreover, the unlimited Wi-Fi was fantastic and kept the kids entertained while also ensuring that we were connected throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful, less hectic area of the coast, very close to the beaches. It's also conveniently located, not too far from everything. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms had comfortable beds and basic amenities. The breakfast offered was delicious.
